Advertising Influencer Contract

I. Services and Performance
A. Engagement: The Influencer agrees to provide advertising and promotional services for [Product Name]. This includes leveraging the Influencer's social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement for the product.
B. Content Creation: The Influencer shall create original content, including but not limited to videos, blog posts, and social media posts, which shall be subject to the Advertiser’s approval. The content must align with the brand’s image and marketing strategies.
C. Posting Schedule: The Influencer agrees to adhere to the posting schedule. Timely and consistent postings are crucial for maximizing engagement and reach.
II. Compensation and Payment Terms
A. Fees: The Influencer shall be paid a total fee of ten thousand (10,000) dollars for services rendered. This fee is determined based on the Influencer's reach and the expected impact of their promotional activities.
B. Payment Schedule: Payment will be made in two installments, fifty (50) percent upon signing this Agreement and fifty (50) percent upon completion of the services. Late payments may incur interest charges.
C. Expense Reimbursement: Any pre-approved expenses incurred by the Influencer in the performance of services will be reimbursed by the Advertiser. Receipts or proof of expenditure must be provided for reimbursement.
III. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Ownership of Content: All content created by the Influencer under this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of the Advertiser. The Influencer grants the Advertiser all necessary rights and licenses for its use.
B. Usage Rights: The Advertiser shall have the right to use the Influencer's name, image, and content for promotional purposes. This includes redistribution across various media channels.
IV. Confidentiality
Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the term of this Agreement. This includes any trade secrets, business plans, or client information.
V. Term and Termination
A. Term: This Agreement shall commence on the date first above written and continue until completion of the services, unless terminated earlier. Extensions may be negotiated if both parties agree.
B. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with a thirty (30) day written notice. Reasons for termination may include breach of contract or failure to meet performance standards.
VI. Representations and Warranties
