Startup Consulting Agreement
This Startup Consulting Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this [Date] by and between [Client Name] ("Client") and [Consultant Name] ("Consultant"). Both parties in this agreement shall collectively be referred to as the "Parties".
1. ENGAGEMENT
The Client hereby engages the Consultant to provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Consultant hereby accepts the engagement and agrees to render such services.
2. SERVICES
The Consultant agrees to provide the Client with consulting services related to the Client's business as agreed upon by both Parties. These services may encompass a wide range of expertise and assistance, including but not limited to:
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the Client to develop and refine strategic objectives, business plans, and long-term growth strategies.
Market Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the industry. Analyzing market data to inform strategic desicion-making.
Business Development: Assisting the Client in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Providing guidance on expansion strategies and market penetration.
3. TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Both Parties agree that this Agreement shall commence on the date first above written and continue until terminated by either Party upon thirty (30) days' written notice, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms herein.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Consultant acknowledges that, in the course of performing consulting services, it may receive confidential and proprietary information. The Consultant agrees to keep all such information confidential
5. PAYMENT
For the services rendered by the Consultant under this Agreement, the Client shall compensate the Consultant at a rate of [Amount] per hour, payable monthly, upon receipt of an invoice from the Consultant.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State] without regard to its principles of conflicts of law.
