Free Marketing Event Photography Agreement

This Marketing Event Photography Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Photographer," and North Marketing, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

I. Event Details

III. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the total fee of $2,500 for the photography services. Payment shall be made in the following installments:

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 due upon signing this Agreement.

• The remaining balance of $2,000 due by October 25, 2050.

B. Cancellation and Refunds

In the event of event cancellation by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, the Client shall be responsible for the full balance.

IV. Rights and Usage

A. Ownership

The Photographer retains ownership of all photographs. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the photographs for marketing and promotional purposes.

B. Model Release

The Client agrees to obtain necessary model releases for individuals in the photographs, if required.

V. Delivery of Photographs

A. Timeline

The Photographer will deliver the edited photographs to the Client within 14 days after the event date.

B. Delivery Method

Photographs will be delivered electronically through a secure online gallery.

VI. Force Majeure

A. Definition

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.

VII. Dispute Resolution

A. Mediation

In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, the Parties agree to attempt to resolve it through mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

B. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
