• GDPR (European Union): If Affiliate's email marketing activities involve individuals located in the European Union, Affiliate agrees to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including obtaining appropriate consent before processing personal data and ensuring the security and privacy of data collected.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Jurisdiction:
