Evaluation Criteria

2. Resource Allocation: Evaluate whether resources (budget, personnel, materials) are allocated appropriately for project tasks.

3. Timeline Adherence: Determine if the project is progressing according to the planned timeline and if milestones are being met as scheduled.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Check if stakeholders are actively engaged, informed about project progress, and if effective communication is maintained.
