Investor Contract

1. INVESTMENT

3. EXIT STRATEGY

4. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties involved in this Agreement are in unison with the proposition that all elements of privately disclosed or confidential details, information, or knowledge obtained, received, or in any way attained from the other party throughout the duration or term of this binding Agreement, will be accorded the highest degree of confidentiality and will be zealously safeguarded by strict principles of confidentiality, faithfulness, and discretion.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or about this Agreement, including the interpretation, validity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration by the Arbitration Rules of [ARBITRATION INSTITUTION].
