Free Agriculture Employment Agreement

This Agriculture Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 5th day of January, 2050, by and between [Your Company Name], a [State] corporation with its principal office located at [Your Company Address] ("Employer"), and [Employee's Name], an individual residing at [Employee's Address] ("Employee").

Recitals

Whereas, Employer is engaged in the business of agriculture, including the cultivation of crops and raising of livestock;

Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, Employee may have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to Employer. Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without Employer's prior written consent.

3.3 Non-Compete

During the term of this Agreement and for a period of [Number] months/years following the termination of employment, Employee agrees not to engage in any business or activity that competes with Employer's business within [Geographic Area].

3.4 Non-Solicitation

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by Employer
