LEADERSHIP & EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT


This Leadership & Employee Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between:

[CEO's Name], the CEO of [Company Name], organized and existing under the laws of the state of [State], with its principal place of business located at [Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Leadership"), and

[Employee's Name], an employee residing in [State], with their address at [Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee").

Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Preamble

WHEREAS, the Leadership wishes to articulate clear expectations, guidelines, and roles within the [Company Name]; and

WHEREAS, the Employee is engaged in employment with [Company Name] and is in agreement with said expectations, guidelines, and roles;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, terms, and conditions contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Leadership

  • Shall provide a vision for the company and guidance on business strategy.

  • Is responsible for decision-making on high-level organizational matters.

  • Shall ensure Employee’s well-being and professional development within the workplace.

  1. Employee

  • Shall adhere to company policies, ethics, and mission.

  • Will be responsible for completing tasks assigned by the Leadership.

  • Will contribute to the collective goals of the organization in their capacity.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A. The Employee's salary, bonuses, and benefits shall be administered according to the policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.

  • B. The Leadership commits to review the Employee’s performance and adjust compensation based on merit.

Training and Development

  • A. Leadership shall provide necessary training modules and career development programs for the Employee.

  • B. Employee commits to participating in said programs for personal and professional development.

Workplace Environment

  • A. Leadership shall ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment.

  • B. Employee agrees to abide by the company's guidelines for fostering a positive work culture.

Code of Conduct

  • A. Both Parties agree to adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, which is a living document subject to updates and revisions.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

  • A. The Employee agrees to not disclose any confidential information related to [Company Name] both during and after the period of employment.

Performance Reviews and Assessments

  • A. Leadership shall conduct regular performance reviews of the Employee.

  • B. Employee is expected to take these reviews constructively and work on any identified areas for improvement.

Termination

  • A. Either Party can terminate this Agreement with prior notice, in accordance with the terms specified in the Employee Handbook.

Dispute Resolution

  • A. In the event of any disagreement arising out of this Agreement, Parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation before any legal action is taken.

Governing Law

  • A. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [State], without giving effect to any choice of law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

  • B. The Parties irrevocably agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the state of [State]. The Parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to the laying of venue in such courts.

Entire Agreement

  • A. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all other oral agreements between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

  • B. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
