Free Lease Addendum Agreement

I. Preamble

This Lease Addendum Agreement, made effective as of August 15, 2050, is an integral part of the original lease agreement dated January 1, 2050, between [Your Company Name] ("Landlord") and John Miller ("Tenant"). The purpose of this addendum is to address and outline additional terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties that are not covered in the initial lease agreement.

II. Lease Term Extension

The lease term is hereby extended for an additional six months, from December 31, 2050, to June 30, 2051. During this extension period, all terms and conditions outlined in the original lease agreement shall remain applicable, with the exception of the modifications specified in this addendum. The Tenant shall continue to occupy the premises and fulfill their obligations under the lease for the extended term.

III. Rent Adjustment

Effective January 1, 2051, the monthly rent amount for the property will be increased from $1,200 to $1,300. This adjustment reflects the revised rental rate agreed upon by both parties. The Tenant agrees to make monthly rent payments of $1,300 starting from the specified date. The rent payment schedule, payment methods, and other related provisions in the original lease agreement remain unchanged, with the new amount to be applied to the subsequent monthly payments.

IV. Supersession of Conflicting Provisions

This addendum serves to amend and supersede any conflicting provisions in the original lease agreement. The new terms and conditions outlined herein will take precedence over any previous terms that may be inconsistent with this addendum. Both the Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that these revised terms are legally binding and enforceable. This addendum becomes a formal part of the lease agreement, and any previous amendments or addendums that are inconsistent with this document are rendered void.

V. Continuation of Original Lease Terms

Except for the modifications specified in this addendum, all other terms and conditions of the original lease agreement will remain unchanged and in full force. The original lease terms shall continue to govern the relationship between the Landlord and Tenant, and all obligations and rights previously established will persist throughout the extended lease term. This ensures that the fundamental lease conditions remain intact and enforceable beyond the alterations made by this addendum.

Both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this addendum by their signatures below. This agreement confirms the mutual understanding and acceptance of the revised lease conditions.
