1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms under which the Consignor will provide books for sale on consignment at the Consignee's bookstore. 2. Consignment Period

4. Ownership

The Consigned Books shall remain the property of the Consignor until sold. The Consignee acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights over the Consigned Books. The Consignee will ensure that the Consigned Books are displayed prominently and are accessible to customers, and will not alter any book in any way without the prior written consent of the Consignor.

5. Pricing

The sale price of each Consigned Book will be determined by the Consignor. The Consignee agrees to sell the Consigned Books at the agreed-upon price, which is $[0] per book.
