Training Cost Agreement
1. Purpose
This Training Cost Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between [Your Company Name], whose principal office is located at [Your Company Address], and v, whose principal office is located at 456 Innovation Road, Suite 800, Silicon Valley, CA 94025. The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the responsibilities and obligations of both parties concerning the cost of training services to be provided.
2. Training Services

3. Cost and Payment Terms
The total cost for the training services shall be $15,000 USD. Payment terms are as follows:
An initial deposit of $5,000 USD is due upon signing this Agreement.
The remaining balance of $10,000 USD is due 15 days prior to the commencement of the training, which is December 26, 2049.

Late payments will incur a 5% fee per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the training (i.e., after December 10, 2049).
