Free Broker Commission Agreement

I. Purpose

This Broker Commission Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of March 15, 2060 (the "Effective Date") by and between Startra, having its principal place of business at Shreveport, LA 71101 (hereinafter referred to as "Client"), and [YOUR COMPANY NAME], having its principal place of business at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as "Broker"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Broker will be paid a commission for services rendered in connection with the introduction and facilitation of potential business opportunities.

II. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Business Opportunity" refers to any transaction, contract, or arrangement that is introduced and facilitated by the Broker resulting in a sale, lease, partnership, or other business relationship.

• "Commission" refers to the fee payable to the Broker as a percentage of the total value of the Business Opportunity.

• "Net Revenue" refers to the gross revenue received by the Client from the Business Opportunity, less any applicable taxes, returns, allowances, and discounts.

III. Broker's Duties

Broker agrees to use its best efforts to identify and introduce Business Opportunities to Client. Broker will conduct all activities ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Broker does not have the authority to bind Client to any terms of agreement without the prior written consent of Client.

IV. Commission Fees

Client agrees to pay Broker a commission fee of 5% on the Net Revenue derived from each Business Opportunity that Broker introduces to Client. The Commission is due and payable within 30 days following the receipt of payment by the Client from the Business Opportunity.

V. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to such termination.

VI. Confidentiality

Broker agrees to keep all confidential information received from Client in connection with this Agreement confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Client.

VII. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
