Free One Page Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of January 15, 2061, by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME] (the "Disclosing Party") and Jarvis White (the "Receiving Party").

The Receiving Party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential or proprietary information disclosed by the Disclosing Party, whether in written, oral, or electronic form.
