Tuition Payment Agreement

1. Purpose of the Agreement
This Agreement establishes the terms for the payment of tuition fees related to the Student’s enrollment at the Institution.
2. Tuition Fees
The total tuition for the Fall Semester 2050 is $20,000. This amount is subject to change based on institutional policies and additional fees for lab courses, materials, or other services.
3. Payment Schedule
The Student agrees to pay tuition by the following schedule:
Initial deposit due on March 1, 2050: $5,000
Remaining balance due by August 15, 2050: $15,000
Payments must be made via bank transfer, check, or credit card. Payments are considered late if not received by the due date.
4. Late Payment Penalty
In the event that the payment is not received by the due date, the Student will incur a late payment fee of $250 USD for each 30-day period the payment is overdue. Additionally, the Institution may impose restrictions on the Student’s academic participation, including suspension of classes, withholding of grades, and other penalties as deemed necessary.
5. Refund Policy
No refund will be issued after August 15, 2050, except in cases of extraordinary circumstances such as medical emergencies, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Financial Aid
If applicable, the Student acknowledges the following financial aid arrangements:
The Student has applied for a partial scholarship of USD 5,000 for the Fall Semester of 2050.
The Student must provide all necessary documentation for the scholarship to be applied by April 1, 2050.
The Student is responsible for ensuring that all financial aid paperwork is submitted on time to avoid delays in tuition payment.
7. Responsibility for Payment
The Student is ultimately responsible for paying the tuition fees. In the event of non-payment, the Institution reserves the right to pursue legal or collection action to recover the outstanding balance.
8. Agreement Modifications
Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both Parties. The modified Agreement must be signed and dated by both the Institution and the Student.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of [State Name], United States of America.
