Sample Memorandum of Agreement
Preamble
This Memorandum of Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this [Day] day of [Month], [Year], by and between [Party A], having its principal place of business at [Address] ("Party A") and [Party B], having its principal place of business at [Address] ("Party B").
Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Parties shall collaborate on [Project/Activity/Objective], in order to accomplish [specific goals/outcomes].
Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
