Work Immersion Memorandum of Agreement
This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is entered into on January 1, 2050, by and between:

and
OmegaGen, a duly recognized educational institution with its main office at 456 Academic Avenue, Knowledge Town, CA 90220, represented by Tracey Gleason, hereinafter referred to as the "Partner Institution."
WHEREAS, both parties mutually agree to implement a Work Immersion Program to enhance student competencies through practical work experience in accordance with the agreed-upon terms below:
II. Roles and Responsibilities
Host Institution
a. Provide a safe and conducive environment for work immersion activities.
b. Assign a supervisor to monitor student performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
c. Evaluate student performance and submit an evaluation report to the Partner Institution.
Partner Institution
a. Select and recommend students for the Work Immersion Program.
b. Ensure students are briefed on the rules and expectations of the Host Institution.
c. Provide guidance and support to students during the program.

IV. Termination Clause
