This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is made and entered into on July 1, 2050, by and between:

II. Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of this MOA is to outline the terms and responsibilities for implementing a student internship program that will provide experiential learning opportunities for students of Invogorance, hosted by [YOUR COMPANY NAME]. The parties agree to collaborate in providing resources, mentorship, and necessary support to ensure the program’s success.
III. Responsibilities of the Parties
Responsibilities of Party A (Host Organization):
Provide up to 10 internship positions annually starting August 1, 2050.
Offer mentorship and supervision to interns throughout the program.
Facilitate access to relevant resources and tools required for successful internships.
Responsibilities of Party B (Educational Institution):
Nominate eligible students for the program by July 15, 2050.

IV. Terms and Conditions
Duration: This MOA is effective from July 1, 2050, and shall remain valid until December 31, 2055, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement.
Termination: Either party may terminate this MOA with a written notice of 60 days, provided all ongoing commitments are fulfilled.
Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably through mediation. If unresolved, legal arbitration will follow under the jurisdiction of New York.
