I am writing this letter to inform you that upon the expiry of our contract, I am terminating your lease on the property at Yellow Springs effective on May 3, 2020. Please ensure that you have vacated the premises by such time. 
 
Please leave me a forwarding address so that I may have your mail forwarded to you as necessary. Your security deposit cheque shall be forwarded to this new address as well, as outlined in our terms and conditions. All utilities and bills should be paid in full before you leave, and transferred out of your name before vacating the premises.
