I regret to inform that you will have to vacate the premises that you are currently occupying by March 23, 2020. This being said, your lease on the property shall be terminated upon its expiry on the said date.

Should any of your mail still make its way to the property, I will need your forwarding address so that we may communicate effectively. Your security deposit shall be forwarded to your new address as well, as discussed previously in our terms and agreements. Also, an inspection with a member of the management shall be done to inspect the property and check for any possible issues. Please ensure that all utilities and bills are paid in full, and transferred out of your name upon vacating the premises.
