I maintained the privacy and confidentiality between the interactions of the customers and CSRs, proposed strategic plans to improve the customer service operations, and collaborated with the Retail Risk and Administration Management Team to maintain the policy and standard procedures. The most recent company that I worked for was the prestigious Lehigh Hanson, where I complied with SMC policies, ensured that the company took advantage of effective synergies, and successfully recruited and mentored competent CSRs.
