RE: Granting Gene D. Lindsey the General Power of Attorney
Dear Jennifer B. Campfield,
I, Robert T. Dexter of 3060 Keyser Ridge Road, Elkin, North Carolina 28621, the Principal, hereby authorize and grant general powers to Gene D. Lindsey of 1949 Nancy Street, Durham, North Carolina 27701, the Attorney-in-Fact.
The Attorney-in-Fact shall have the general power and authority to perform and undertake on my behalf the following acts:
- Make, sign, execute, and deliver contracts, agreements, and other documents on terms and conditions acceptable by my said Attorney-in-Fact
- Borrow any sum of money for the repairs, maintenance, or preservation of my properties
- Demand, recover, and receive all sums of money and any dues payable or belonging to me and thereafter sign, execute, or deliver receipts or other discharges
The granted general powers shall remain in full force and effect until the 11th day of June, 2026, unless otherwise terminated by the Principal in writing at an earlier date.
This power of attorney shall be governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.
