RE: Transfer of Power of Attorney

To whom it may concern:

This is to inform you that effective March 23, 2030, I, Fletcher H. Chang of 4091 Leroy Lane, Watertown, South Dakota 57201 (the "Principal"), have transferred the powers granted to Anthony W. Elliott of 3567 Leroy Lane, Kennebec, South Dakota 57544 (the "Agent") in the attached Power of Attorney executed last January 15, 2040, to Katie J. Davis (the "Successor Agent").

I hereby notify all agencies and other interested persons and institutions that the Successor Agent shall now have the sole authority to perform the following on my behalf:

  • To manage any and all of my property, including but not limited to controlling, operating, improving, transferring, selling, and leasing of all properties under my name in any manner the Successor Agent sees fit, without any obligation to provide reasons or justification to me.
  • To pay any and all debts, taxes, fines, professional fees, and other commitments or liabilities owed to me, whether in cash or by the transfer, assignment, or selling of my properties.

Attached also to this letter is a copy of a new power of attorney which you may use as a reference. Should you need to reach me, please do not hesitate to send me an email at [email protected].

Sincerely,

Fletcher H. Chang
