Mccarthy of 1989 Ryan Road, Chester, South Dakota 57016 as Attorney-in-Fact and Hollie E. Perry as Successor Attorney-in-Fact.

I hereby inform any and all other interested persons and institutions that the above-named Attorneys-in-Fact may no longer exercise the following powers previously granted to them:

• Financial Powers
