I am writing to formally request a leave of absence from The Saviour Church. I kindly request a two-week leave, starting from September 1, 2052, to September 14, 2052. The purpose of this leave is for me to return to my home country, Japan, to attend to personal matters and spend time with my family.
During my absence, I have made arrangements to ensure that my responsibilities are covered. I have discussed and coordinated with my colleague, Mr. John Smith, who will handle my tasks and keep the projects on track. I have shared all necessary information and briefed him on the ongoing projects.
