MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This Memorandum of Agreement ("Agreement") is made this 1st day of January 2050, by and between Harold Morris ("Morris") and Carter Lance ("Lance"). Both parties are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties".
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the parties are individuals who desire to undertake a charity project aimed at providing education to the less fortunate ('Project');
ARTICLE 1: THE PROJECT
The Parties will collaborate to execute the Project. Both parties will actively engage in the planning, funding, and execution of the project, providing equal resources, and outreach efforts. The overall objective of the Project is to provide access to quality education for underprivileged individuals.
ARTICLE 2: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 The Parties agree to jointly oversee the project to ensure it is executed as per the planned schedule and budget.
2.2 Both parties agree to use their best efforts to promote the success of the Project.
2.3 Morris and Lance will share equal rights, responsibilities, and obligations related to the Project.
ARTICLE 3: TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement shall commence on the date first above written and shall continue in full force and effect until the completion of the Project unless earlier terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties.
ARTICLE 4: CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree not to disclose any confidential information arising from this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
ARTICLE 5: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country, and any disputes arising out or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the country's courts.
