Position: Senior Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

1. Compensation

1.1. Base Salary

The Company agrees to pay the Employee a base salary of one hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000) per annum, payable in accordance with the Company's payroll schedule. The Employee's salary is subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

1.2. Bonuses and Incentives

The Employee may be eligible for performance-based bonuses or incentives as determined by the Company's policies and practices.

1.3. Benefits

The Employee will be eligible for the Company's standard benefits package, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, in accordance with the Company's policies.

2. Working Hours

The Employee's regular working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Any variations to the regular schedule will be communicated in advance.

3. Termination

3.1. At-Will Employment

The employment relationship between the Company and the Employee is at-will. Either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason, with or without cause and with or without notice.

3.2. Notice Period

If either party wishes to terminate employment, they are encouraged to provide two weeks written notice to the other party. The Company reserves the right to waive this notice period at its discretion.

3.3. Severance

In the event of involuntary termination without cause, the Employee may be eligible for severance benefits in accordance with the Company's severance policy, if applicable.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Company proprietary information, trade secrets, and client information during and after their employment. Non-disclosure of such information is essential to protect the Company's interests.

5. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation

During the term of employment and for a period of one year following termination, the Employee agrees not to engage in any competitive business activities or solicit the Company's clients or employees.

6. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created by the Employee during their employment that is related to the Company's business shall be the exclusive property of the Company.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement or the employment relationship shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

9. Entire Agreement

This Salary Agreement HR represents the entire agreement between the Employee and the Company, supersedes any prior agreements, and may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
