Legal Contract Freelancer Agreement

This Freelancer Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of the date of signature below, between [Your Company Name] (the "Client") and [Your Partner Company Name / Second Party] (the "Freelancer").

1. Description of Services

The Freelancer agrees to provide services (the "Services") for the Client in accordance with Freelancer's proposal detailed in this Agreement. 2. Payment

5. Governing Law

6. Entire Agreement
