POWER WASHING CONTRACT
This Power Washing Services Contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between [Your Name] with business address at [Service Provider's Address] (“Service Provider”) and [Client's Name] with business address at [Client's Address] (“Client”) (collectively, the Parties).

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Service Provider agrees to provide power washing services to the Client as detailed in the service description attached hereto.
The work shall be performed on the client's designated premises, adhering to industry standards, and the satisfaction of the Client.
COMPENSATION
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the sum of $1000, payable via bank transfer, due on or before the 15th of each month.
The Client further agrees to reimburse the Service Provider for any approved out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the services under this Contract.
SCHEDULE
Services under this Contract are to be performed starting from January 1, 2050, and ending on December 31, 2050, with the possibility of extension if agreed upon by both Parties in writing.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
The Service Provider is obligated to perform the services with professionalism, care, skill, and diligence.
The Service Provider must meet the agreed-upon deadlines and communicate regularly with the Client about any potential delays or issues that could affect the quality of the service.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
The Client must pay the Service Provider as stipulated in this Contract, provide any needed information promptly, offer necessary cooperation, and grant the Service Provider access to the premises to carry out the work.
TERMINATION
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract, the Parties agree to resolve the dispute through negotiation. If the dispute is not settled by negotiation, it shall be settled by arbitration by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service Provider's business is located.
GOVERNING LAW
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Power Washing Services Contract as of the date first below written.
