Housekeeping Contract

1. SERVICES

6. INDEMNITY
The Cleaning Company agrees to indemnify the Homeowner for any damage or loss caused to the premises or its contents directly resulting from the Services provided.
7. TERMINATION
This Contract can be terminated by either party involved through supplying a written notice to the other party with the provision of the agreed [Number of days] being beforehand.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted following the laws of the jurisdiction where the Services are being provided.
