NOTARIZED CUSTODY AGREEMENT

                                                                                                                                         

1. Introduction

This Notarized Custody Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on January 12, 2056, by and between [Mother Name], residing at [Address], hereinafter referred to as "Parent 1", and [Father Name], residing at [Address], hereinafter referred to as "Parent 2".

2. Background

Parent 1 and Parent 2, being the biological parents of Elisa J. Pangle, born on May 12, 2050, and David J. Pangle, born on August 25, 2053, acknowledge their parental rights and responsibilities. Recognizing their impending divorce or separation, the parents seek to establish a structured framework to ensure the well-being and upbringing of their children amidst the transition.

This agreement arises from the shared intent of Parent 1 and Parent 2 to provide stability and consistency in the lives of their children. By formalizing custody arrangements, both parents aim to facilitate an amicable co-parenting relationship while prioritizing the best interests of Elisa and David.

3. Custody Arrangement

3.1 Legal Custody: The parties shall share joint legal custody of the minor children. Both parents shall have equal rights and responsibilities in making major decisions concerning the children's welfare, including but not limited to, education, healthcare, and religious upbringing.

3.2 Physical Custody: The parties shall share physical custody of the minor children as follows:

a. Parent 1 shall have physical custody of the children on Mondays, Tuesdays, and alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays of each week.

b. Parent 2 shall have physical custody of the children on alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays of each week.

c. The holiday and vacation schedule shall be as follows:

  • Thanksgiving: Parent 1 shall have custody during even years, and Parent 2 shall have custody during odd years, starting from 2056.

  • Christmas: Parent 1 shall have custody from December 24th at 6:00 PM until December 26th at 6:00 PM, and Parent 2 shall have custody from December 26th at 6:00 PM until December 28th at 6:00 PM, alternating annually.

  • Spring Break: Parent 1 shall have custody during the first half, and Parent 2 shall have custody during the second half, alternating annually.

  • Summer Vacation: Parent 1 shall have custody from June 1st to July 15th, and Parent 2 shall have custody from July 16th to August 31st.

3.3 Residential Arrangements: The children's primary residence shall be with [Parent 1/Parent 2]. The non-residential parent shall have liberal and reasonable visitation rights with the children.

4. Child Support

4.1 Child Support Obligation: Parent 2 shall pay child support to Parent 1 for $500 per month. Payment shall be made on the 15th of each month.

4.2 Healthcare Expenses: The parties shall equally share uninsured healthcare expenses for the children, including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision care not covered by insurance.

5. Communication

5.1 Communication Between Parents: The parties agree to maintain open and respectful communication regarding the children's well-being. Both parents shall inform each other of any significant events or developments concerning the children.

5.2 Communication with Children: Each parent shall ensure the children have reasonable and frequent communication with the other parent via phone, video calls, or other suitable means.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Mediation: In the event of a dispute arising under this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation with a neutral third-party mediator.

6.2 Court Intervention: If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may seek court intervention to resolve the dispute.

7. Modification of Agreement

The only way that modifications or amendments can be made to this Agreement is through a document written and signed into effect by both parties involved.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State/Country].

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
