I. DETAILS OF RELOCATION

II. REVISED CUSTODY AND VISITATION ARRANGEMENTS

Considering the proposed relocation, the parties acknowledge the need to adjust the previous custody and visitation arrangements. In light of this, the parties agree to the following revised custody and visitation arrangements:

Custody Schedule:

Parenting time shall be divided between Parent I and Parent II as follows:

  • Parent I shall have physical custody of the child(ren) during weekdays, commencing from Monday morning until Friday afternoon.

  • Parent II shall have physical custody of the child(ren) during weekends, commencing from Friday afternoon until Sunday evening.

This schedule shall apply during school terms. During school breaks, holidays, and vacations, the parties shall negotiate a suitable arrangement in advance, considering the best interests and availability of both parents and the child(ren).

Visitation Rights:

  • In addition to the regular custody schedule, the non-custodial parent (Parent II) shall have visitation rights during:

    Weekdays for Dinner: Parent II shall have visitation rights during weekdays for dinner, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

    One Evening per Week for Extended Visitation: Parent II shall have one evening per week for extended visitation, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

  • Extended visitation shall also be granted to Parent II on alternating weekends, from Friday afternoon until Sunday evening, to allow for meaningful parenting time and bonding with the child(ren).

  • Furthermore, the non-custodial parent shall have the right to reasonable and liberal visitation during school breaks, holidays, and vacations, with the specifics to be agreed upon by both parties in advance.

Transportation Arrangements:

The parties shall cooperate to ensure smooth transportation arrangements for visitation exchanges, with each party responsible for their respective transportation costs unless mutually agreed otherwise.

Communication During Visitation:

Both parents shall facilitate and encourage regular communication between the child(ren) and the non-custodial parent during visitation periods, including phone calls, video chats, and other forms of communication as deemed appropriate.

Flexibility:

Both parties agree to remain flexible and accommodating regarding the custody and visitation schedule, understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise. III. PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Making Decisions in the Child's Best Interest:

Both parents shall collaborate on major decisions affecting the child(ren)'s welfare, such as education, healthcare, religious upbringing, and extracurricular activities. They shall prioritize the child(ren)'s best interest and consult each other before making significant decisions.

Fostering a Supportive Environment:

Both parents shall create and maintain a supportive and nurturing environment for the child(ren)'s growth and development. This includes providing emotional support, encouragement, and guidance, as well as promoting positive relationships between the child(ren) and both parents.

Ensuring Physical and Emotional Well-being:

Both parents shall ensure the child(ren)'s physical and emotional well-being by providing a safe and stable living environment, attending to their needs, and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise.

Cooperation and Flexibility:

Both parents shall cooperate and remain flexible in scheduling and parenting arrangements, accommodating each other's schedules and commitments to ensure the child's (ren) needs are met effectively.

Respectful Co-Parenting:

Both parents shall engage in respectful and constructive co-parenting, avoiding conflict in front of the child(ren) and prioritizing positive communication and collaboration for the child(ren)'s benefit.

IV. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

The relocation may necessitate adjustments to current child support and other financial obligations. From the date of the relocation, the following financial changes will be implemented to ensure that both parents continue to contribute fairly to the child's financial well-being, taking into account any changes in living expenses or income resulting from the relocation:
