This Visitation Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [DATE], by and between: [YOUR NAME], hereinafter referred to as the "Father," and [MOTHER'S NAME], hereinafter referred to as the "Mother."

I. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a clear and comprehensive visitation schedule and arrangements for the child(ren) following the separation, divorce, or custody dispute between the Parents, to ensure the well-being and stability of the child(ren).

II. Visitation Schedule

The Parents agree to adhere to the following regular visitation schedule:

2.1 Weekdays:

  • Father shall have visitation rights from 4:00 PM on Monday to 8:00 AM on Wednesday.

  • Mother shall have visitation rights from 8:00 AM on Wednesday to 4:00 PM on Friday.

2.2 Weekends:

  • Father shall have visitation rights from 4:00 PM on Friday to 8:00 AM on Monday.

  • Mother shall have visitation rights from 8:00 AM on Monday to 4:00 PM on Friday.

2.3 Holiday and Special Occasions Schedule:

The Parents agree to alternate holidays and special occasions, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and birthdays, according to the following schedule:

  • Father shall have visitation rights during even-numbered years, beginning in 2050.

  • Mother shall have visitation rights during odd-numbered years, beginning in 2050.

III. Transportation

3.1 Transportation Responsibilities:

The Parents shall share transportation responsibilities for visitation exchanges, with each responsible for transporting the child(ren) to and from visitation according to the agreed-upon schedule.

3.2 Notification of Changes:

In the event of any changes to the visitation schedule or transportation arrangements, the Parents agree to provide prompt and reasonable notice to each other.

IV. Communication

4.1 Communication Protocol:

The Parents agree to maintain open and respectful communication regarding all matters concerning the child(ren), including but not limited to visitation schedules, health, education, and extracurricular activities.

4.2 Emergency Contact Information:

Each Parent shall provide the other with up-to-date contact information for emergencies or urgent matters concerning the child(ren).

V. Modifications

Any changes, modifications, or amendments that may need to be made to this Agreement shall be formally completed in writing and possess a valid signature from both of the Parents involved to ensure the legality and mutual agreement on the changes.

VI. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
