Free Storage Lease Agreement

1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

The Lessor agrees to lease storage space to the Lessee under the agreed terms and conditions. The intention of this Agreement is to articulate the parties' rights and responsibilities and to provide a record of the rental arrangement to minimize potential disputes.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE STORAGE SPACE

3. TERM

If the Lessee fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Lessor may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the Lessee, specifying the default and the corrective action to be taken.
