Free Termination of Lease Agreement

This Termination of Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord", and [Tenant's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant", collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Purpose of Agreement

The primary objective of this Agreement that we're discussing is to ensure that we are concluding or officially terminating the lease agreement. This aforementioned lease agreement was previously established and agreed upon between the two parties involved, these being the Landlord and the Tenant. The date of the commencement of this settlement was on the seventh day of January in the year 2050. 2. Original Lease Agreement

3. Early Termination
