Nursing Home Training Agreement
This Nursing Home Training Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of [Effective Date], between [Your Company Name], a nursing home facility located at [Your Company Address] ("Nursing Home"), and [Trainee Name], residing at [Trainee Address] ("Trainee").
1. Training Program
The Nursing Home agrees to provide training to the Trainee in Geriatric Care and Management, including but not limited to Basic Nursing Skills, "Patient Care Techniques, Medication Administration, and Elderly Rehabilitation Methods. 2. Obligations of the Nursing Home

3. Obligations of the Trainee

4. Commitment Period

5. Repayment Clause

8. Entire Agreement
