Spa Quotation Contract
This Spa Quotation Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of [Date], by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Spa"), and [Client Name], located at [Client Address] (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

II. Payment Terms
A. Payment Schedule: The total amount of $250 is due in full prior to the commencement of services. A deposit of 50% of the total amount ($125) is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance ($125) due 3 days before the scheduled appointment.
B. Accepted Payment Methods: Spa accepts payment in the form of cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.
C. Late Payment Penalties: Any payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of $20 per day for each day the payment is overdue. Spa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
III. Terms and Conditions
A. Duration of the Quotation Validity: The quotation provided is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, Spa reserves the right to adjust the pricing or withdraw the quotation.
B. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule services without penalty up to 7 days before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
C. Liability Clauses: Spa shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the client during or as a result of the spa services, except in cases of negligence on the part of Spa.
D. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from this Contract, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation by a neutral third party. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, either party may seek legal recourse through the appropriate channels.
