Cafe Memorandum of Agreement
This Memorandum of Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Date], by and between [Your Company Name], located at [Your Company Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Cafe," and [Supplier Name], located at [Supplier Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier."

I. Responsibilities

B. Supplier's Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of providing services.
II. Payment Terms
