Free Car Rental Hire Agreement

III. Rental Fees

4. Late Payments: Late payments may incur a penalty fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or five percent (5%) interest per month on the outstanding balance, whichever is higher. It is the Renter's responsibility to ensure that payments are made promptly to avoid any penalties.
   

IV. Insurance and Liability

1. Insurance Coverage: The vehicle provided under this Agreement is covered by comprehensive insurance. The Renter acknowledges their responsibility for any deductible amount specified in the insurance policy in case of damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
   

2. Liability: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to Renter's use of the vehicle during the rental period. This includes but is not limited to accidents, violations of traffic laws, and damage to third-party property.
   

V. Responsibilities of the Parties

A. Service Provider Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the vehicle is maintained in safe and roadworthy condition throughout the rental period.
   

2. Provide 24/7 roadside assistance to address any mechanical issues or emergencies that may arise during the rental period.
   

3. Furnish necessary documentation to the Renter, including the rental agreement, vehicle registration, and details of insurance coverage.
   

B. Renter Responsibilities:

1. Strictly adhere to all traffic regulations, laws, and ordinances applicable to the operation of the vehicle during the rental period.
   

2. Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, excepting reasonable wear and tear based on normal usage.
   

3. Promptly inform the Service Provider of any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues encountered during the rental period, and comply with reporting procedures as outlined by the Service Provider.
   

VI. Termination

1. Notice: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party. The termination notice must specify the effective date of termination and be sent to the address or email provided by the other party for official communications.
   

2. Immediate Termination: In the event of a material breach of this Agreement by either party, such as non-payment of rental fees, failure to comply with insurance obligations, or significant damage to the vehicle due to negligence or misuse, the non-breaching party reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to the breaching party. The notice of immediate termination must clearly state the grounds for termination and may include a demand for immediate return of the vehicle.
   

VII. Governing Law

1. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], USA, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. The Parties agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [State].
