Free Car Rental Supply Agreement

I. Introduction

A. Purpose

This Car Rental Supply Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on January 1, 2050, by and between:

II. Definitions

A. Vehicle Supply

B. Rental Period

"Rental Period" refers to the duration for which the vehicles will be rented out to end customers.

C. Delivery

III. Terms and Conditions

A. Vehicle Supply

1. Supply Quantity and Models

3. Replacement and Maintenance

B. Delivery and Return

1. Delivery Schedule

2. Inspection and Acceptance

3. Return Conditions

   Vehicles must be returned to [Your Partner Company Name] at the end of the Rental Period in the same condition as they were delivered, barring normal wear and tear. [Your Company Name] shall ensure that returned vehicles have at least half a tank of fuel and are clean.

C. Payment Terms

1. Pricing

2. Payment Schedule

3. Late Payments

   Late payments will incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. If payment is delayed by more than 30 days, [Your Partner Company Name] reserves the right to terminate the Agreement.

D. Insurance and Liability

1. Insurance Coverage

B. Termination

1. Termination for Convenience

   Either Party may terminate this Agreement for convenience with 60 days' written notice to the other Party.

2. Termination for Cause

   Either Party may terminate this Agreement immediately if the other Party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within 30 days after receiving written notice of the breach.

V. General Provisions

A. Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to keep confidential all information related to this Agreement and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the other Party.

B. Governing Law

C. Dispute Resolution
