Car Rental Extension of Agreement
This Car Rental Extension of Agreement ("Extension Agreement") is entered into on [Date] by and between [Your Company Name], a [State] corporation, with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Company"), and [Customer Name], residing at [Customer Address] ("Renter"). The Company and Renter may each be referred to herein as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into a Car Rental Agreement dated [Original Agreement Date] ("Original Agreement") for the rental of a vehicle described therein;
WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to extend the rental period and modify certain terms of the Original Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:
I. Original Agreement Reference
A. Original Agreement Date: The Original Agreement was entered into on [Original Agreement Date].
B. Agreement Number/Reference: The reference number of the Original Agreement is [Agreement Number/Reference].
II. Extension Terms
A. New Rental Period: The rental period is hereby extended for an additional [Number] days, commencing on [Extension Start Date] and ending on [Extension End Date].

III. Rental Fees and Payment

IV. Vehicle Condition and Maintenance

B. Condition Check Before and After Extension: The Company will conduct a condition check of the vehicle before the start of the extension period and immediately after the vehicle is returned at the end of the extension period. The Renter agrees to cooperate with these inspections and sign the condition reports.
V. Insurance and Liability
A. Insurance Coverage During Extension Period: The Renter confirms that the insurance coverage specified in the Original Agreement remains in full force and effect during the extension period. The Renter is required to provide proof of insurance coverage upon request by the Company.
B. Liability Terms: The Renter acknowledges and agrees that they are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the extension period, in accordance with the terms of the Original Agreement. The Renter shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising during the extension period.
