Free Motor Vehicle Agreement

This Motor Vehicle Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this 15th of May, 2055, by and between:

MaraTime, a company organized and existing under the laws of the United States, with its principal office located at Eugene, OR 97401 ("Seller/Owner"),

AND

[Your Name], an individual residing at Dayton, OH 45402 ("Buyer").

I. Vehicle Information

The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase the motor vehicle described below:

II. Purchase Price

The total purchase price for the vehicle is $18,500, which the Buyer agrees to pay in full upon execution of this Agreement. Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the Seller’s account at Bank, Account Number: 1234567890, or by certified check made payable to MaraTime.

III. Condition of Vehicle

The vehicle is sold "as is," with no warranties or guarantees made by the Seller, except for those expressly outlined in this Agreement. The Buyer acknowledges having inspected the vehicle on the 14th of May, 2055 at the Seller's location and accepts its current condition. The Seller discloses that the vehicle has no prior accidents and has undergone regular maintenance at an authorized Toyota service center. The vehicle includes a 3-month limited warranty for any manufacturing defects.

IV. Transfer of Ownership

The Seller agrees to transfer ownership and title of the vehicle to the Buyer upon receipt of full payment. The Buyer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the transfer of ownership, including but not limited to any registration fees, taxes, or duties that may apply. The Seller agrees to provide the Buyer with the original title certificate, a bill of sale, and maintenance records.

V. Representations and Warranties

The Seller represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of the vehicle and have the right to sell it. The Buyer represents and warrants that they have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and will not resell the vehicle to any third party within 90 days unless agreed upon by both parties.

VI. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

VII. Signatures

Both parties have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Agreement, which becomes binding upon their signatures.

VIII. Additional Terms (Optional)

• The Seller agrees to provide a full tank of fuel at the time of delivery.

• The Buyer may opt for a vehicle inspection at an authorized service center of their choice, at their own expense, within 10 days of signing this Agreement.

• Both parties agree that any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be subject to mediation in Cityville, California.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties. Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
