Free Temporary Vehicle Rental Agreement

This Temporary Vehicle Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this 2nd day of June, 2052, by and between [Your Company Name], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Lessor"), and Dexter Dicken, residing at Richmond, CA 94801 ("Renter").

I. Vehicle Information

Lessor agrees to rent the vehicle described below to the Renter for the period specified in this Agreement:

The rental period shall begin on June 5, 2052, and end on June 19, 2052, unless extended or terminated earlier by either party under the terms of this Agreement.

III. Rental Rate and Payment

• The rental fee is $45 per day, payable upon signing of this Agreement.

• Additional fees may apply for late return, damage, or other specified conditions. A late fee of $25 per day will be applied if the vehicle is returned after the agreed-upon return date.

IV. Responsibilities of the Renter

• The Renter agrees to operate the vehicle under all applicable laws and regulations.

• The vehicle shall not be used for any unlawful purposes, nor shall it be driven by anyone other than the Renter without prior written consent from the Lessor.

• The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the Renter’s responsibility, and the Renter agrees to cover repair costs.

V. Insurance and Liability

• The Renter agrees to maintain valid insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Lessor upon signing the Agreement.

• In the event of an accident, theft, or damage to the vehicle, the Renter is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement unless covered by insurance. If the vehicle is stolen or involved in an accident, the Renter must notify the Lessor immediately and file a police report.

VI. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms outlined in this document. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle immediately upon termination of this Agreement. In the case of termination, the Renter will not be entitled to a refund for any prepaid rental fees.

VII. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

• Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

• The Lessor reserves the right to inspect the vehicle at any time during the rental period to ensure its proper usage and condition.
