Free Fleet Vehicle Lease Agreement

This Fleet Vehicle Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on June 5, 2052, by and between [Your Company Name], from now on referred to as the "Lessor," and Carrouzel, starting now referred to as the "Lessee." This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which the Lessor leases a fleet of vehicles to the Lessee.

I. Vehicle Description

The Lessor agrees to lease to the Lessee the following fleet vehicles:

III. Lease Payment

The Lessee agrees to pay the Lessor a monthly lease payment of $3,500 for all four vehicles. The payments will be due on the 1st day of each month, starting from July 1, 2052.

IV. Use of Vehicles

The vehicles will be used exclusively for business operations such as client meetings and deliveries. The Lessee agrees to operate the vehicles under all applicable laws and regulations and will ensure that only authorized drivers use the vehicles.

V. Maintenance and Repairs

The Lessee is responsible for routine maintenance and repair of the vehicles during the lease term. Major repairs exceeding $1,000 must be approved by the Lessor.

VI. Insurance

The Lessee must maintain comprehensive insurance for the vehicles, naming the Lessor as an additional insured. Proof of insurance is required before the start of the lease term. Minimum coverage includes:

The Lessee agrees not to exceed a mileage limit of 2,500 miles per month per vehicle. Any mileage over this will incur an additional charge of $0.15 per mile.

VIII. Termination and Return of Vehicles

Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Lessee will return the vehicles to the Lessor in good condition, subject to normal wear and tear. The vehicles must be returned by June 30, 2055, to [Your Company Name] at [Your Company Address].

IX. Default

If the Lessee defaults on any payment or fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Lessor may terminate this Agreement and take possession of the vehicles. A default includes but is not limited to, late payments or unauthorized use of the vehicles.

X. Indemnification

The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or operation of the vehicles during the lease term.

XI. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located within Los Angeles County, California.

XII. Additional Terms

• Fuel Costs: The Lessee is responsible for all fuel expenses. Vehicles must be returned with a full tank.

• Late Fees: Payments that are more than 15 days overdue will incur a late fee of $200.

• Vehicle Inspections: The Lessor reserves the right to inspect the vehicles during the lease term with prior notice to the Lessee.
