Parking Lease Agreement
This Parking Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 12th day of July, 2050, by and between GoWorld, with a principal address at Renton, WA 98055 ("Lessor") and BlueLeaf, with a principal address at Miami, FL 33103("Lessee").
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to lease a parking space from the Lessor to the Lessee, according to the terms and conditions set forth below.
2. Description of Parking Space
The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee a parking space located at Renton, WA 98055 ("Parking Space"). The Lessee is granted exclusive use of the Parking Space during the term specified below.
3. Term
The term of this Agreement shall commence on July 15, 2050 and shall continue until July 15, 2051, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms herein.
4. Rent
The Lessee agrees to pay to the Lessor rent in the amount of $4,500 per month, due in advance on the first day of each month. Payment shall be made by Bank transfer.
5. Use of Parking Space
The Parking Space shall be used only for parking licensed and operable motor vehicles. The Lessee shall not use the space for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Lessor.
6. Maintenance
The Lessee shall maintain the Parking Space in good condition and repair, and shall not cause any damage to the space or its surrounding areas. The Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor of any damage or required repairs.
7. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 15 days' notice in writing to the other party. Additionally, the Lessor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Lessee fails to comply with the terms herein.
8. Liability
The Lessee agrees that the Lessor shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the Lessee's vehicle or personal property located within the Parking Space.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
11. Signatures
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Parking Lease Agreement as of the date first above written.
