Free Vehicle Lease Agreement

I. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION

The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby leases from the Lessor, the following vehicle (the "Vehicle"):

II. TERM OF LEASE

1. Lease Commencement Date: January 15, 2077

2. Lease End Date: January 15, 2080

3. The lease term shall be for a period of 36 months, beginning on the Lease Commencement Date and ending on the Lease End Date.

III. RENTAL PAYMENT AND DUE DATES

1. The Lessee agrees to pay the Lessor a monthly rental fee of $350.00.

2. Payment is due on the 15th of each month.

IV. SECURITY DEPOSIT

V. USE OF VEHICLE

1. The Lessee agrees to use the Vehicle in a lawful manner and solely for personal or business purposes. The Vehicle may not be used for any illegal activities, or for racing, off-road driving, or transporting hazardous materials.

2. The Lessee shall ensure the Vehicle is properly maintained and kept in good condition. Any damage to the Vehicle due to misuse or neglect shall be the responsibility of the Lessee.

VI. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

1. The Lessee is responsible for the regular maintenance and repair of the Vehicle, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine upkeep.

2. Any major repairs or damages beyond normal wear and tear should be reported to the Lessor immediately.

3. The Lessor reserves the right to approve any repairs exceeding $500.00 in cost.

VII. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

1. The Lessee agrees to maintain comprehensive auto insurance coverage, including liability, collision, and comprehensive insurance, for the duration of the lease term.

2. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Lessor upon request.

VIII. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

1. The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold the Lessor harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Vehicle during the lease term.

2. The Lessor is not liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries incurred during the use of the Vehicle by the Lessee.

IX. TERMINATION AND EARLY TERMINATION

1. The lease may be terminated early by either Party upon written notice.

2. If the Lessee terminates the lease early, they shall be responsible for paying an early termination fee of $1,000.00.

3. Upon termination, the Lessee must return the Vehicle to the Lessor in good condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

X. DEFAULT AND REMEDIES

1. If the Lessee fails to make a payment or breaches any other term of this Agreement, the Lessor may declare the lease in default and terminate the Agreement immediately.

2. The Lessor may repossess the Vehicle and take legal action to recover any unpaid amounts.

XI. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin.

XII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
