Sample Lease Agreement
This Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 18th day of February, 2055, by and between:

2. Leased Premises

4. Rent

Tenant shall keep and maintain the Premises in good and clean condition. Landlord shall be responsible for major repairs but shall not be liable for any damage arising from Tenant's negligence.
8. Termination
This Lease may be terminated by either party by giving 15 days written notice to the other party.
9. Governing Law
This Lease shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of ___________.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
