My name is Gregory R. Burke from North Las Vegas, Nevada. I saw your Hotel Chief Engineer job advertisement in Professional'sDen.com, and I am delighted and interested to apply. I wrote this letter to talk about my history as a Hotel Chief Engineer and to justify why I am a fitting candidate for Pride Stone Hotel's current job vacancy.

Engineering has always been my passion ever since I was young. I earned my engineering degree at Copper Mountain College, which made me eligible to be a Hotel Chief Engineer several years after working as a subordinate maintenance staff member. My very first stint as a Hotel Chief Engineer was at Residence Inn. During my time there, I ensured that my staff and other department staff observed the standard operating procedures, safety measures, and regulations. I also coordinated maintenance projects and system upgrades to improve the overall operations of Residence Inn. When I gracefully resigned from Residence Inn, I was offered by the Gansevoort Hotel Group to be their next Hotel Chief Engineer, which I gladly accepted. I didn't disappoint them. I contributed significantly, and wholeheartedly fulfilled my duties. I ordered to improve all their electrical apparatus, purchased state-of-the-art tools and equipment, and maintained a healthy professional relationship with outside contractors. I also made sure that their HVAC systems and plumbing systems are always in good condition to avoid inconvenience to the guests, which ultimately garnered positive reviews for Gansevoort. The most recent establishment I worked for was Concord Hospitality. I accomplished the usual tasks of a Hotel Chief Engineer in Concord. But it was quite a challenge since Concord is one of the busiest hotels in the country. Nevertheless, I was able to manage and became the best Chief Engineer that I could ever be.
