LETTER TO LANDLORD REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF RENT
Dear [Mr. Watson,]
I am [Mona J] Conway, a tenant of your apartment [D2-A] for the past three years. I am writing this letter to request you for a [3]-month rent waiver due to unavoidable circumstances starting May.
You must already know that I have always paid my rent promptly and maintained the apartment in good condition. I have also been a responsible tenant who is respectful of both you and my neighbors. Since I freelance for a living, the coronavirus pandemic today has left me with no work at the moment making it unbearable for me to manage routines. I am struggling both financially and mentally at the moment for which I will forever be grateful to you if you could grant my humble request.
