Freelance Graphic Design Contract

This Agreement is made and entered into this [Date], by and between [Your Name], a corporation with its principal place of business at [Your Address] (the "Client"), and [Freelancer's Name], a freelance graphic designer, with its principal place of business at [Freelancer's Address] (the "Designer").

Scope of Work

The Designer agrees to create a logo and promotional materials for the Client's upcoming product launch as requested by the Client. More specific details of the project such as design brand elements, preferred colors, preferred fonts, and use of the logo, among others, shall be provided by the Client in a comprehensive design brief.

Payment Terms

Changes and Revisions
