MARKETING PR STRATEGY AGREEMENT

III. Implementation
A. Campaign Execution
Upon approval of the strategy proposal, the Company will commence executing the PR strategy, including media outreach, content creation, and other agreed-upon activities.
B. Reporting
The Company will provide monthly reports to the Client, detailing the progress of PR campaigns, media coverage, and relevant metrics.
IV. Payment
A. Fees
The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees outlined in the attached Pricing Schedule, as Exhibit A.

V. Term and Termination
